Easy (Crock Pot) and Cheap (inexpensive cut of beef) are two of my favorite features of this dish
Brown beef in oil in frying pan. Add onion and saute until soft. Place beef and onion in bottom of Crock Pot. In frying pan, blend in remaining ingredients. Cook until thickened and bubbly. Pour this mixture over beef. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours. Stir in mixture of evaporated milk and lemon juice. Heat until steaming but do not boil. Serve over egg noodles.
