Suggest a better description1) Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
2) Rinse fresh produce and pat dry
3) Mix Potatoes, corn, 2tsp of olive oil, Buttermilk-Dill Seasoning and pinch of pepper in baking dish. Push to one side.
4) Pat chicken dry and place in empty side of tray
5) Top chicken evenly with cream cheese and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon
6) Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken reaches 165 degrees
7) Remove from oven and top with Crispy Jalapenos (to taste) or Crispy Onions if you don't like spice.
8) Eat up.
