This favorite original Bear Creek® soup is thick and creamy, like mom used to make, with a rich blend of cheeses, broccoli and seasonings. Try adding chicken, sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese for variety. Yields about 8 one-cup servings.
1) Bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil
2) Whisk in soup mix
3) Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for 10 min
4) Salt and pepper to taste
