These are so good you have to make one recipe for a party and the second batch to eat on the spot. Easy to make and they freeze well. Great as appetizers or served with soup.
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Cream margarine and cheese, add salt, red pepper and flour and mix well.
Add rice krispies and mix with hands.
Roll into small marble-sized balls.
Press flat.
Top each with pecan half.
Bake util brown, about 15 minutes.
Makes 48.
