Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients, add cheddar cheese mix until well coated. Make a well in dry mixture. Whisk together yogurt, eggs and butter. Add to dry mix stirring slowly until thoroughly mixed. Separate into 12 parts in muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
