Spray baking dish with Pam
In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, 1 tsp of the garlic powder and salt
In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, 1 tsp of the garlic powder and pepper
Dip chicken in butter mixture, then in bread crumb mixture
Place in baking dish and cook for 35-45 minutes until cooked through
Top with shredded cheddar cheese OR mozzarella for the last 5 minutes of cooking
***********NOTE--- If you place the chicken on a rack in a pan, the crust will be crispier
