1. Preheat oven to 425F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine flour, buttermilk, and garlic powder in a bowl.
3. Fold in shredded Cheddar cheese, chives, and Italian parsley.
4. Drop batter onto prepared baking sheet (about 2 tbsp per biscuit).
5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuit bottoms are golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes on baking sheet.
6. Combine unsalted butter, melted, and garlic salt; brush mixture on biscuits.
