In a small skillet melt butter and sauté onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
In a medium size casserole dish, combine frozen Cheemo perogies, onions, green pepper, and ham.
Combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake 35 minutes at 175 C (350 F), or microwave until heated through.
I have made this using the oven but haven't tried it with the microwave.
