Preheat oven to 400F.
In food processor fitted with metal blade, process chilies, salt, tabasco sauce, eggs, wheat protein isolate and baking powder until smooth.
Add cottage cheese and process again until smooth.
With machine running, add butter through feed tube.
Add remaining cheeses and process until all is combined.
Spread in buttered 17 X 10" jelly roll pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350F and bake about 35 to 40 minutes more, until the cheese is set and firm.
Cut into squares and serve warm with your favorite salsa.
