Suggest a better descriptionLeave cheese at room temperature for approx. 1 hour before mixing. Mix the cream cheese and cheddar cheese together with a mixer. After the cheeses are mixed well , add all of the remaining ingredients except pecans, Mix with a mixer until well blended. Shape into a ball and then wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator. Before serving, roll in pecans.
