Mix Bisquick, cheese and milk in a bowel.
Using a small spoon scoop and place dough on baking pan lined with baking paper or spray butter.
Place in oven 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
While in the oven prepare spread ingredients.
(Spread- melt butter, then mix butter with garlic powder, salt, onion powder and roasted garlic her spice.)
Put spread over biscuits. Serve.
