Combine all batter ingredients in a blender. Process until completely smooth. Pour 1 1/2 cups batter into bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 mins or until batter is set.
Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients EXCEPT blueberries & cinnamon in large bowl. Mix well. Add blueberries and mix.
Pour filling over baked batter and smooth. Blend remaining batter for a few seconds. Pour batter into 2-cup measuring cup then pour gently over filling EVENLY. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon.
Bake at 350 35-45 mins, until top is puffed and set. Let cool 15 mins before serving.
May serve with sour cream on side.
