The cheese blintzes are found in the frozen food section of your local grocery store. It's not listed with meals, probably around breakfast foods and potatoes. Don't buy the potato blintzes for this recipe.
Place blintzes in 9x13 casserole dish. Melt butter and pour over blintzes. In a bowl, beat all ingredients on high speed for 3 minutes and pour over blintzes. Refrigerate for eight hours. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Serve hot with sour cream and jam.
