Put 1 cup water into small saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from heat and add 1 cup dry instant rice, cover and let stand 5 minutes. In medium saucepan on medium-high head combine soups, milk, sour cream, cheeses, broccoli, onion, paprika, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add the cooked rice to the saucepan and mix well. Put into greased 8x8 baking pan and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Bake in microwave on high for 3-5 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
