Slice your potatoes into ¼” discs, and fry until golden.
Drain your fries on a paper towel.
Meanwhile, press two tablespoons of hamburger meat into each well of a mini muffin tin. Top with slices of cheddar cheese and bake in the oven at 400F for 25 minutes.
Lay your fries into a greased cast iron skillet, and top with shredded cheese, bacon, and your baked hamburger patties. Broil for five minutes at 400F.
