Press into bottom of pan or pie plate.
beat egg whites until fluffy, gradually add sugar and continue beating until firm peaks form.
in another bowl beat cream cheese and egg yolks until creamy and smooth. gradually add sugar. beat until blended. add lemon juice and continue beating. add flour gradually when blended add vanilla and sour cream. beat until blended. fold in egg whites. put into pan and bake for 1-1/4 hours
sprinkle edges with graham crumbs and cool. chill for 4 hours and top with cherry pie filling or your favorite topping, when ready to serve.
