Crust: Graham crackers, sugar, cinnamon, butter
Filling: Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla eggs
Frosting: Sour cream, vanilla and sugar
Crust: Mix together ground graham crackers, sugar,cinnamon and butter
Line 9 inch spring pan with graham crackers
Filling: Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Beat well and add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla
Pour into spring pan
Bake @ 375 for 25 minutes
Frosting/top layer: Mix together 1 pint sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 3 tablespoon sugars. Pour over baked cake.
Bake @ 500 for 5 minutes.
When cool set in refrigerator overnight
