Homemade cheese cake
Preheat oven to 425
Crush crackers finely but not to a powder
Heat crackers, margarine, sugar, and cinnamon in pot
Stir occasionally
Press onto base of springform so that entire bottom is covered
Filling
Beat packages of cream cheese for 2 mins.
Blend in sugar and eggs
Add flour, cream, vanilla until smooth
Pour batter into center of springpan
Bake at 425 for 15 mins, then switch to 225 for an hour or until set
Turn off oven with door ajar, take out and let cool completely
Chill for 6+hours
