Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butterscotch chips with butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and walnuts. Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture and press remaining into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake until golden brown. In the meantime, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture and bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars. Chill until serving.
