Great winter dish!
Rub pan with garlic clove. Put wine and boil in double-boiler. Add lemon juice. Add
cheese and cook VERY SLOWLY. Mix constantly by doing "8". Add
pepper. Mix flour and kirsch. Add to fondue.
Serve with cubed baguette, carrots, celery, apples, cauliflower.
