Whisk wine, lemon juice, and mustard in saucepan and simmer over medium heat. Add half the cheese and stir until melted. Add remaining cheese and stir until smooth. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Stir 2 more minutes. Transfer to fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with dippers, including:
