Ingrid's recipe
1. Wash and precook whole head of cauliflower for 12 to 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
2. Place in ungreased shallow baking pan (8X8).
3. Sprinkle with salt.
4. Combine 1/2 cup mayo and 2 teaspoons mustard. Top with 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
5. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes.
