Cook grits (1 cup grits, 4 cups water). Add margarine and cheese and let melt. Beat eggs and milk. Add grits slowly. Sprinkle with red pepper. Bake at 350? for 45 minutes.
Freezes well before or after baking. If frozen uncooked put in warm oven to thaw and then bake.
