Classic Cheese Omelet
Whisk eggs, water, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Add Tablespoon of butter to pan and heat until melted.
Add egg mixture to pan.
Use spatula to push cooked egg into center and tilt pan to spatula every time.
When all raw egg is cooked, place cheese on left side (half) of the egg.
Flip the right half of the omelet with spatula onto the left side.
