1. Mix the Mozzarella and Parmesan together in a medium bowl.
2. Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thick.
3. Cut out dough rounds using a 2 3/4 inch cutter.
4. Add the oil to a pan to fry the dough rounds. About 3 minutes per side. Drain and sprinkle with the cheese mixture.
5. Serve warm.
