Easy cheesy potatoe soup!
**Taken from, "If I Gotta Cook, Make it Quick" cookbook
In large saucepan, combine potatoes, onions, and water over medium heat. Cook until vegetables are tender. Drain. Add cheese, milk, and butter. Heat over medium heat until hot. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4-6 servings.
