Recipe given to me by grandma B. Makes great breakfast/brunch dish. Best to put together night before and bake in the morning.
Place cubed bread into greased 9X13 inch casserole. Top with grated cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour egg mixture on top of bread layer. Cover with plastic and refrigerate over-nite.
Bake in the morning at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
