Amazing cheesy puffs.
1) Melt cheeses and butter in double-broiler to a fondue consistency.
2) Fold in egg whites.
3) Cut crust from bread and into 1 in. squares.
4) Coat each square with cheese mixture.
5) Place in wax paper and cookie sheet then freeze.
6) When frozen, put in plastic bags and store until needed.
7) Bake at 425 degrees (without thawing) for 8 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
A small dip of ranch goes a long way with these things!
