Suggest a better descriptionTrim crusts from bread. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Melt cheese and butter in top of double boiler over hot water until or rare-bit consistency. Remove from heat. Fold in beaten egg whites.
Dip bread cubes into cheese mixture until well coated. Place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight. (I quick freeze them on a cookie sheet. Once they are firm, I put them in baggies until ready to use)
Bake in hot oven (400 degrees F) 12-15 minutes or until puffy and golden brown. Makes 4 dozen.
