Cook pasta according to package. Cook garlic and parsley in butter for about 45 seconds over med-low. Drain and rinse pasta and add to garlic mixture with cream. Cook on low heat until cream is reduced slightly (3-4 minutes.) Place in baking dish and sprinkle with cheese and broil until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
