quick sauce for vegggies
Melt butter in sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in flour until lumps are dissolved.
Return to low heat and add milk, cheeses and seasonings ( salt, pepper, garlic powder,onion powder to taste)
Stir often to prevent burning on bottom. Cook until sauce is thick.
May used on cooked noodles, veg or potatoes. ( Good on Cooked Broccoli)
You can grate cheddar cheese on top
