For those people from the Philly/South Jersey area, this sauce is similar to what you would get at Chickie & Petes or PJ Whelihans. Its easy and its great on fries!
Add shredded cheese and milk to sauce pan.
Turn heat on medium stir until melted.
Add Old Bay seasoning to taste.
Serve warm with favorite french fries.
Ask your deli counter to not slice the cheese, but instead cut off a piece of American Cheese. They make look at you like you are crazy, but it is much easier to melt the cheese if you shred it.
