Mix cheese with corn starch, then put in sauce pan and add
1 cup evaporated milk and hot sauce. Cook over low heat and
whisk until melted and thickened - about 5 minutes (mixture
will look thin and grainy at first, but will thicken after heating.
Can thin with additional evaporated milk.
(Can use for macaroni and cheese).
