In a medium size mixing bowl place flour, sugar, dry mustard, garlic, baking powder, cheese, thyme, and salt. Add butter and with your finger tips mix in the cream until the dough just comes together. Flour a board pour the dough onto a board and form into a 1 inch thick circle. Cut into 8 triangles. Place on a greased sheet pan and bake at 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
