Brown the ground beef and cook the green peppers with the beef. Drain and let it sit. In same skillet add tomato sauce, minced onion, garlic, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar. Stir and let simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Add beef, peppers and combine. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon sloppy jooe meat on buns and top with cheese. Serve with your choice of fruit.
