Suggest a better descriptionMEATBALLS: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook bacon until crispy, chop & set aside. Mix together the beef, Worcester, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, pepper, stock & bacon. Form portions of meat around mozzarella balls. Bake meatballs on sheet pan with rack until thoroughly browned (about 10-15 minutes). MARINARA: add oil to medium sauce pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot add onion, garlic, basil, oregano & pepper & sauté a few minutes. Stir in crushed & diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes & bouillon. Lower heat & simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve meatballs with marinara sauce.
