Boil seeded peppers 5-10 minutes. The longer, the milder they become. Rinse under cold water. In a small bowl, mix Laughing Cow cheese, Colby/Jack cheese, and Worcestershire sauce together. Spoon mixture evenly into pepper halves and top with Parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until cheese browns and bubbles.
