Preheat the oven to 350?. Wipe the mushrooms clean and thaw the spinach in a colander, squeezing out the excess moisture. Combine all the ingredients except the mushroom and Parmesan and mix well. Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and place the mon a baking sheet. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
