Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 190 C, 375 F, Gas Mark 5. Spread one side of each slice of bread with buter. Mix together the soft cheese, chopped ham and peaches. Spread the mixture on to the unbuttered side of the slices of bread and top with the other slices of bread buttered side up. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cut into triangles. Place the toasties on a wire rack in the roasting tin and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the underneath is crispy. NOTES : Delicious, quick cheesy snacks.
