Cheeseburger Casserole
Brown the ground beef, chopped green pepper and chopped onion together and drain.
Add tomato sauce catchup pepper and salt to meat mixture.
1. In ungreased 2 quart casserole dish put half meat mixture, half cheese slices. Repeat with rest of meat and cheese.
2. Place biscuits around the top.
3. Bake at 400° 20 to 25 minutes or till top of biscuits are golden brown. You don't want them to burn, but on the other hand, you want them done or they will be gooey on top of the cheese.
You can use less cheese and fewer biscuits, if you want.
