"I e-mailed my daughter-in-law Angle when this recipe was finally tested to my satisfaction. You see, when it comes to taste-testing anything "cheeseburger," my son Tommy usually gets the last word. His review: "Good enough to come home for!""
1. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, Brown Sugar Twin, pickle relish, and black pepper. Add noodles and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring occasionally. Serves 4 (1 cup). Freezes well.
HINT: 1 3/4 cups uncooked noodles usually cooks to about 2 cups.
