Brown the meat & onion with salt & pepper. Drain grease. Beat the egg's with the heavy whipping cream & water in a bowl. Add meat & cheese & mix well. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 - 10" pie plate. Bake at 400º 25-30 minutes until browned. Let stand 10 minutes.
