Suggest a better descriptionDirections: These instructions are for freezing 3 quiches. In a large mixing bowl combine the mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch. Distribute the browned ground beef, diced onions and cheese into pie shells or into freezer bags. Pour the egg mixture into the pie shells or into freezer bags separately. To achieve a flat entree, lay the soupy entrees on a flat surface. Use a straw to remove air out of the freezer bag. To pre-bake before freezing, preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool the quiche, wrap and freeze. To serve pre-baked quiche which has been frozen, let the quiche thaw and then bake in a 300 degree oven for 20 minutes. If frozen in a bag, thaw mixture, pour into shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. For more information, visit their website at: http://www.30daygourmet.com
