Suggest a better descriptionIn 3 quart sauce pan brown ground beef. Drain and set aside. In same sauce pan sauté onion, carrot, basil, parsley and 1 tablespoon butter until tender, about 10 minutes. Add broth, potatoes, beef; bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer. Meanwhile in small skillet melt remaining butter and add flour. Cook and stir 3-5 minutes. Add to soup and bring to boil. Cook and stir about two minutes. Add cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Cook and stif until cheese melts. Blend sour cream.
