Banana Bread:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 10"cake tin.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
Add sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla,.
Whisk to combine.
Add dry ingredients; stir until just incorporated.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Cheesecake:
In a medium bowl, whisk to combine cream cheese, egg, sugar, flour and salt.
Add banana bread batter to cake tin.
Dollop cream cheese mixture all over the top of banana bread.
Use butter knife to swirl the two batters together.
Smooth top and bake until toothpick comes out clean, 30-35 mnutes.
This can be made in a cast iron skillet.
