From the old cooking cards I ordered as a kid.
Cheese filling
Beat together until smooth 4 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind, 1 egg yoke and 1 Tbsp half and half milk or sour cream
Preparation
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add egg, lemon rind and lemon juice
Combine flour and baking poweder. Add to the first mixture and blend well. Cover. Chill for at least 1 hour
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Arrange on ungreased baking sheets
With finbers make an indention in center of each cookie Fill with level 1/2 teaspoon of filling.
Bake at 350 for about 20 mins
