Stuffed strawberries
Eunice strawberries, cut around top. Remove top and clean out with paring knife if necessary. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add mix to piping bag or ziplock bag with tip cut off. Fill strawberries with mixture. Then sprinkle with gram cracker crumbs and store in fridge.
