Suggest a better descriptionCombine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt, mixing until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet; pour in filling. Bake at 325, 25-30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes, cool. Chill. If desired, top with fresh or frozen friut, thawed and drained.
