Cream cheese and sugar. Mix eggs one at a time - beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 375? for 35 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Mix well and spread on cool cake. Bake for 15 minutes at 500?. Should be soft but solid when cool. Refrigerate cake overnight. Top with favorite pie filling. (refrigerate can before topping cake)
