Emma O'Donnell's recipe
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into bottom of 9" spring form pan. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce temp to 300F.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and zest until well blended. Add eggs. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 300F for 55 min.
Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake. Bake 10 min. Garnish with strawberry halves. Cool & Chill.
